This contract role offers you the flexibility to choose between full-time and part-time schedules, working onsite or via teletherapy, and making a positive impact each day.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and current Occupational Therapy license/credentials for Washington
• Previous experience in a school setting, including teletherapy, preferred
• Confidence working with diverse student populations, ages 518
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and educators
• Ability to adapt interventions for a range of student needs and abilities
• Tech-savvy approach for delivering services and maintaining documentation
• Commitment to ethical practice and compliance with district and state guidelines

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services, both in-person and via secure teletherapy platforms
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely records according to school and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
• Attend virtual interviews and respond promptly to scheduling
