Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Washington State OT license
  • Experience providing OT services in school settings, including direct, consultative, or teletherapy delivery
  • Familiarity with school-based processes, IEP documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Comfort working with a diverse range of ages and abilities (elementary through high school)
  • Ability to adapt to evolving caseloads and unique student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Deliver therapy sessions via telehealth or in-person, as assigned
  • Maintain timely documentation in accordance with state and school guidelines
  • Participate in virtual or on-site team meetings
  • Liaise with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
  • Prepare students for increased independence in school and daily life
