Key Qualifications:
- Possess active Washington OT credentials
- Experience providing occupational therapy in school settings (in-person, virtual/teletherapy, or both)
- Familiarity with a range of disabilities and ability to adapt interventions accordingly
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and team members
- Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans that support educational goals
What Youll Do:
- Assess student needs and develop targeted therapeutic interventions
- Conduct individual and group OT sessions, adjusting approaches based on student abilities and progress
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student success
- Communicate effectively with school staff, administrators, and families
- Deliver services on-site or via teletherapy platforms, ensuring accessibility and consistency
