Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in New Mexico (required)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred

• Commitment to adapting resources and interventions to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop therapy plans tailored to student IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services to students, utilizing engaging and evidence-based approaches
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress in classroom and daily activities
• Document assessments, progress, and service delivery in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise to guide educational teams on accommodations and modifications
• Provide consultative support and resources for classroom staff to help integrate therapeutic strategies
