What Youll Bring:

• Active Occupational Therapist license for the state of Michigan
• Prior experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
• Ability to assess, plan, and deliver a variety of OT interventions
• Skilled in collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach in diverse educational environments

What Youll Do:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional life skills
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' IEPs and unique needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, contributing professional insight for student success
• Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with school and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with educators to adapt classroom activities and ensure student access to curriculum
• Offer guidance and resources to school staff and families to encourage student independence and engagement
