With two positions available, youll collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, help students achieve their personal best, and foster greater independence in the classroom. Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Michigan Occupational Therapy license (upload screenshot of verification with application)
• Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with K-12 students
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in adapting therapeutic approaches for diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students referred for OT services and recommend targeted intervention strategies
• Develop and implement IEPs in coordination with educational staff and families
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services tailored to student goals
• Maintain thorough documentation per school policies and legal requirements
• Support students participation and engagement in classroom and extracurricular activities
• Partner with teachers and staff to promote inclusive learning environments

This contract position ensures youll have a stable weekly schedule of 35 hours, providing continuity for your students and a balanced workweek.
