Qualifications:

• Current and valid Michigan OT licensure required
• Experience providing OT services in a K-8 or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP process and school-based therapy best practices
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff and families
• Ability to create engaging, individualized therapy sessions
• Committed to in-person service delivery (virtual/remote work not accepted)
• Comfortable participating in a panel interview process

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions to a K-8 caseload with diverse needs and disabilities
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student participation and success
• Document services and communicate status reports per school guidelines
• Maintain compliance with state/federal requirements and ethical practices
