What youll bring:

• Active Ohio Occupational Therapist license (required)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of OT best practices within an educational environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt interventions to suit the needs and developmental levels of students from elementary through high school

Your responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based OT services to students across various grade levels
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing valuable recommendations and supporting tailored educational plans
• Collaborate with educational staff and families, providing strategies for classroom and home carryover
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and school guidelines
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for students
