A travel Occupational Therapist position is available in Clearfield, UT, providing services within local schools. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with students in educational settings, supporting their developmental and functional needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Implement therapy interventions to improve students physical, cognitive, and sensory functioning
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records according to school policies
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the practicing state
