Key Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Washington OT licensure required
  • Experience in school settings, including teletherapy, is a plus
  • Ability to provide services to a diverse student population with various needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with educators, families, and students
  • Competence in maintaining documentation and adhering to professional standards

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students, both in-person and via teletherapy
  • Assess students needs, create personalized plans, and set achievable goals
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to support students educational plans
  • Communicate progress to families and team members, maintaining clear records
  • Adapt interventions as needed to best serve each individual students challenges and strengths
