This part-time occupational therapy position offers an engaging opportunity to provide direct services to students within school settings in and around Clarks Summit, PA. The role focuses on supporting early intervention caseloads and working primarily with younger children. It provides a balance of hands-on therapy and administrative responsibilities, including documentation and billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in schools across the Scranton and Mid Valley areas, with occasional half-day services in Susquehanna County
- Manage an early intervention caseload focused on younger children
- Complete required paperwork and billing in a timely manner
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania occupational therapy license
- Ability to provide or obtain necessary Pennsylvania clearances
- Experience working in school settings, preferably with early intervention and younger children
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Schedule & Location:
- Part-time, approximately 21 hours per week
- Scheduled over 2-3 days per week
- Primarily onsite services with work locations across the Scranton, Mid Valley, and possibly Susquehanna County areas
This contract position is available immediately with an end date of August 7, 2026. Interviews will be conducted via Zoom to facilitate the hiring process.
