Youll work closely with an engaging caseload of 30 to 35 students across the schools, collaborating with educators and families to support students growth and independence. This role is suited for those who are passionate about helping children thrive in their educational environments.

Qualifications:

• Active OT license in the state of Alaska
• Expertise in school-based occupational therapy
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage a diverse student caseload across multiple schools
• Proficient in evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized intervention strategies
• Comfortable with both onsite and virtual therapy delivery

Responsibilities:

• Assess students needs and develop tailored treatment plans
• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students
• Maintain accurate progress records and communication with staff and parents
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
• Travel between schools as needed (if providing onsite services)
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
