This contract-based, part-time role is set for the 2026-2027 school year, offering a consistent schedule of 24 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Youll primarily be working with early childhood students and will have the chance to help shape their learning experiences through compassionate, evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.

Key Qualifications:

• Current certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy is required
• Demonstrated ability to travel between various school buildings within the district as needed
• Prior experience supporting pediatric or special education populations is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive educational settings for all learners

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services and interventions tailored for early childhood students
• Assess students functional abilities; develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
• Document progress and maintain accurate and timely records as part of the IEP team
• Adapt strategies and tools to best serve students with diverse needs and abilities
