Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California (or eligibility)
• Masters degree from an accredited OT program
• Previous experience working with school-aged children or within educational settings strongly preferred
• Ability to perform assessments, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate and creative approach to interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group Occupational Therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students sensory, motor, and functional needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor progress on intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure cohesive support
• Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and maintain compliance with school and state protocols
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives promoting student well-being and accessibility
