Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy or related discipline from an accredited institution
- Valid State-issued license for occupational therapy
- Registered with Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
- At least three years of experience as a school-based Occupational Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to K-8 students across two-three campuses
- Develop and implement individualized interventions, supporting students academic and developmental growth
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and family members to create holistic support plans
- Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and update documentation in compliance with school and state standards
