Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT license in the state, or eligibility to obtain
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' functional abilities within the educational environment
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support student participation and success
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster a positive learning environment
• Document progress, maintain compliance with school and district requirements, and participate in multi-disciplinary meetings
• Offer strategies, adaptations, and training to staff and families to support carryover and generalization of skills
