What you'll bring:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Compassion, adaptability, and creative problem-solving in a diverse K-12 environment
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Assessing student needs and recommending interventions that promote academic and functional success
- Collaborating closely with special education teams and general education staff to support student accommodations
- Providing insightful progress reports and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Educating staff and families about strategies that promote student independence
- Maintaining up-to-date records and timely communication with all stakeholders
