Qualifications:

  • Valid Vermont Occupational Therapy Certificate
  • Previous experience as an OT in a K-12 or educational setting preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Flexibility to travel across multiple buildings within the district
  • Commitment to evidence-based best practices and ongoing professional development

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services for students in grades K-12 across four district buildings
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies within the classroom
  • Maintain detailed records and contribute to IEP meetings and documentation processes
  • Address sensory, motor, and self-regulation needs to foster student growth and independence

This role offers the opportunity to work full-time, 35 to 37.5 hours per week, for the full 2026-2027 school year, shaping positive student outcomes district-wide.
