Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Active OT license, or eligibility to obtain one in Virginia
• Prior experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEPs and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication skills to support students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, addressing motor skills, sensory needs, and adaptive behaviors
• Evaluate, create, and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
• Document progress and maintain accurate records per school and regulatory guidelines
