Desired Qualifications:

• Active Virginia OT license is required
• Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating within IEP teams
• Ability to manage a K-12 itinerant caseload across multiple schools
• Skilled at conducting evaluations and delivering direct therapy services
• Capable of adapting to diverse student needs and settings
• Must be able to complete required onboarding, including fingerprint clearance before start

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through high school
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and write detailed evaluation reports
• Support and collaborate with special education staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams in IEP meetings
• Travel between assigned schools to deliver services as needed
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation in compliance with district standards
