Key Qualifications:

• Active VA OT Certification required
• Proven experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Aptitude for adapting therapy techniques to meet individual student needs
• Detailed-oriented approach to assessment, documentation, and progress reporting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students (ages K-12)
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to address students fine motor, sensory, and functional needs
• Work with teachers and parents to integrate strategies within the classroom and home environments
• Monitor progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Support the implementation of school-wide initiatives promoting student access, participation, and success
