Job Description

This opportunity is for a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services across a district-wide caseload during the 2026-2027 school year. The position is based in Chehalis, WA, and involves travel throughout the district to deliver direct therapy services in school settings. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week and the chance to work with diverse student populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions in compliance with school policies and state regulations
  • Collaborate with educators, healthcare providers, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and functional goals
  • Implement school-based, home health, teletherapy, and healthcare OT techniques as appropriate
  • Document progress notes, reports, and maintain accurate caseload records
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute professional expertise toward student success

Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State Occupational Therapy license
  • Prior experience in school-based OT preferred; home health and teletherapy experience considered a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a district-wide caseload and travel between locations as required
  • Commitment to providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
