Key Qualifications:

• Current certification and licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience or interest in working with a wide age range: Early Childhood, Pre-K, Elementary (Grades K5), Middle (Grades 68), and High School (Grades 912)
• Familiarity with school-based therapy practices and IEP processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
• Adaptable and creative in developing individualized treatment plans
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students needs and develop targeted occupational therapy interventions
• Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, to promote academic and functional skills
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to set goals and monitor progress
• Consult with educators and families to implement strategies across school settings
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Contribute to a positive, nurturing school culture that values every students potential
