Step into a vital role supporting K-12 students as an Occupational Therapist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This school-based contract position requires onsite delivery of services, working 37.5 hours per week in a supportive educational environment near Irmo, SC. Your expertise in school-based OTspanning experience in traditional, teletherapy, healthcare, or home health settingswill help you succeed as you empower students to achieve their fullest potential in daily school life. Travel time is compensated, and additional details regarding mileage reimbursement will be provided during the hiring process.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of South Carolina.
  • South Carolina Educator Certification required.
  • Previous experience delivering OT services in school, healthcare, or teletherapy settings strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency conducting student assessments and developing individualized, goal-driven intervention plans.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate in interdisciplinary IEP teams and communicate with faculty, students, and families.
  • Strong organizational skills for accurate documentation and progress tracking.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough OT assessments of K-12 students needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized OT goals and interventions.
