Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid North Carolina Occupational Therapist license required
  • Experience working in schools, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy settings preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload of elementary-aged students

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive onsite OT services to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and ongoing professional development
  • Adapt therapeutic strategies for diverse needs within the caseload
