Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid North Carolina Occupational Therapist license required
- Experience working in schools, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload of elementary-aged students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive onsite OT services to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes
- Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and ongoing professional development
- Adapt therapeutic strategies for diverse needs within the caseload
