Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license required
• Current IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Experience with school-based or pediatric OT services welcomed
• Passion for supporting children of diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing tailored intervention plans for PreK-8th grade students
• Delivering direct and consultative occupational therapy services in classroom and resource settings
• Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate therapy into daily routines
• Maintaining detailed records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Attending meetings and contributing insights to IEP/504 teams
