Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Experience or strong interest in working with PreK-8th grade students in educational environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services as outlined in IEPs
