As a school-based Occupational Therapist in this travel assignment, you'll expand your clinical expertise and resume by collaborating with diverse teams and school leaders. Qualifications & Experience Needed:

  • Masters degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid or eligible Occupational Therapist license in Illinois
  • Successful completion of educational credentialing requirements (details provided upon application)
  • Experience with school-aged populations preferred; new graduates considered
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct OT services to students as part of a full-time schedule (37.5 hours/week)
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Work with a variety of disability types (exact caseload to be determined)
