As a school-based Occupational Therapist in this travel assignment, you'll expand your clinical expertise and resume by collaborating with diverse teams and school leaders. Qualifications & Experience Needed:
- Masters degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid or eligible Occupational Therapist license in Illinois
- Successful completion of educational credentialing requirements (details provided upon application)
- Experience with school-aged populations preferred; new graduates considered
- Strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services to students as part of a full-time schedule (37.5 hours/week)
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
- Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Work with a variety of disability types (exact caseload to be determined)
