What You Bring:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience providing OT services in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP process, assessments, and documentation
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Excellent communication and organization skills

What You'll Do:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify students strengths and needs
• Develop, implement, and update individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support the integration of therapy goals in the classroom environment
• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students in accordance with their IEPs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and professional development as needed
