In this contract, onsite role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering developmental and functional skills that set young learners up for long-term success.

What we're seeking in a candidate:

• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license (MA OT License required)
• Background in school-based OT, particularly with pediatric populations
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs for preschool and elementary students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to engage children using a range of occupational therapy strategies and interventions

Key responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small group OT services to preschool and elementary-age students, addressing fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of IEP/504 plans
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to promote student progress
• Participate in student progress meetings, bringing your clinical expertise to multidisciplinary discussions
