Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Colorado
  • Experience delivering OT services in school settings, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy formats
  • Proficiency in evaluating students functional abilities and collaborating with school staff, families, and care teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
  • Ability to adapt therapy plans to both in-person and remote service models

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Support students academic, social-emotional, and functional participation within school environments
  • Utilization of evidence-based therapeutic interventions across multiple settings (in-school, home, or via teletherapy)
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and comply with confidentiality regulations
  • Provide training and resources to staff and caregivers to support students OT goals
