Youll work closely with a manageable caseload of approximately 30 students, with a primary focus on elementary-aged children, promoting participation in the educational environment and helping students achieve their goals.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
• Experience working in a school environment strongly preferred
• Familiarity supporting elementary, middle, and high school students
• Understanding of IEP process and relevant documentation
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students according to individualized education plans
• Assess, plan, and implement interventions that address students needs in a school context
• Maintain comprehensive records, progress notes, and relevant documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate strategies into daily routines
• Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and staff trainings
• Promote student access to curriculum and participation in classroom activities
