Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active New Mexico OT license required
• Prior experience in school, home health, or healthcare OT settings advantageous
• Experience with K-12 caseloads highly valued
• NM PED License strongly preferred

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students unique needs and abilities
• Deliver direct therapy services to help students achieve their individual goals
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to create and implement effective intervention strategies
• Develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEP meetings
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest occupational therapy best practices
