Job Description

As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to the academic and personal growth of students across two schools, both of which foster collaborative and supportive communities. This assignment runs from August 18, 2026, to December 18, 2026, and is based fully onsite.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active California Occupational Therapist licensure
  • Experience in school-based OT settings, including familiarity with K-12 caseloads
  • Comfortable adapting practices for home health, teletherapy, and general healthcare settings, with a strong foundation in educational environments
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions to a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs, working closely with multidisciplinary teams
  • Track student progress with well-documented, timely reports and maintain ongoing communication with families and staff
  • Adjust and individualize therapy plans to consistently support student needs within the school environment
  • Provide onsite services across two schools, ensuring students receive consistent, high-quality care
