Key Qualifications:

• Active California OT license required
• Experience in schools, home health, healthcare, and/or teletherapy settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Adaptability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) a plus
• Comfort using digital platforms for teletherapy as needed

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, direct therapy, and consultative OT services for students ages PreK12
• Adapt therapeutic strategies for diverse learning needs and environments (in-person, home, virtual)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students functional, behavioral, and academic goals
• Develop and monitor IEP goals in partnership with the special education team
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress to team members and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise on adaptive equipment, classroom modifications, and accessibility
