Key Qualifications:
- Active California OT license required
- Experience in schools, home health, healthcare, and/or teletherapy settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Adaptability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) a plus
- Comfort using digital platforms for teletherapy as needed
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, direct therapy, and consultative OT services for students ages PreK12
- Adapt therapeutic strategies for diverse learning needs and environments (in-person, home, virtual)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students functional, behavioral, and academic goals
- Develop and monitor IEP goals in partnership with the special education team
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress to team members and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise on adaptive equipment, classroom modifications, and accessibility

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.00 to $70.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
