Contract opportunities are available for both full-time and part-time schedules, with positions offering up to 40 hours each week. Work collaboratively across elementary, middle, and high school settings to help students thrive academically and personally.

What were looking for:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license or ability to obtain in Michigan
• Previous experience working in school settings is preferred
• Comfortable servicing elementary, middle, and high school aged students
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to organize caseload and manage time effectively

Key responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse student population across various age groups
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student goals
• Document all sessions, progress, and outcomes in accordance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the interdisciplinary planning process
• Educate staff and families on strategies to promote functional independence in the school environment
