Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current and active licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Previous school-based OT experience is highly desirable
  • Strong background in working with students facing cognitive challenges
  • Comfortable working onsite with a multidisciplinary team
  • Effective communicator, collaborative, and adaptable to varying student needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized OT treatment plans for K12 students, supporting cognitive development and academic participation
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other therapists to create comprehensive support strategies
  • Conduct assessments, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings as required
  • Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to enhance student independence and participation
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and compliance requirements
