Key Qualifications:
- Active Michigan Occupational Therapist license
- Experience or strong interest working with K-12 school-aged children
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a flexible, multi-site schedule
- Adaptable to varying caseloads and student needs across school environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to K-12 students, addressing IEP goals and supporting educational participation
- Assess and develop individual treatment plans tailored to student abilities and challenges
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Travel between four district school sites as needed during the three scheduled days each week
