Skills and Experience Sought:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of California
  • Previous experience in school-based, home health, or clinical OT settings
  • Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess student needs, develop creative interventions, and track progress
  • Comfortable supporting elementary-aged children

Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering occupational therapy services to elementary students according to individualized education plans
  • Conducting assessments and documenting student progress
  • Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy into classroom routines
  • Providing staff consultation and training as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records and complying with school policies and state regulations
  • Supporting students participation, independence, and success in the classroom and beyond
