Make a meaningful impact supporting students from elementary through middle school as a dedicated Occupational Therapist on a contract assignment. Work onsite in a dynamic educational setting, providing essential services and guidance for a caseload of approximately 45 to 50 students each week. This position offers an engaging mix of school-based, healthcare, and home health occupational therapy skills, giving you the chance to utilize your expertise in a collaborative environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Current Occupational Therapist license valid in North Carolina
• Experience in school-based, home health, or healthcare occupational therapy settings
• Strong ability to support and manage a varied caseload of elementary and middle school students
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Passion for helping children achieve their fullest potential

What Youll Do:

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services onsite for students in need
• Evaluate and assess student needs, set appropriate goals, and track progress
• Develop individualized interventions and collaborate with educational teams and families
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulations
• Participate in meetings, consult with teachers, and offer guidance to improve student outcomes
