Qualifications and Experience:
Active Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts (MA OT License)
Previous experience within school settings preferred
Knowledge of IEP process and familiarity with K-12 student needs
Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Ability to create and implement customized therapeutic interventions
Organizational skills for managing documentation and reporting

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services tailored to each students abilities
Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to promote educational access and achievement
Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory and district standards
Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and participate in IEP meetings
Support inclusive education environments by recommending accommodations and adaptive strategies
