What We're Looking For:

• Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license
• Experience or strong interest in preschool caseloads
• Skilled in collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Committed to fostering each childs growth in a supportive learning environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide assessment and therapy services for preschool-aged students
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and session notes
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to maximize student learning
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
• Adapt and modify interventions to meet each childs evolving needs

This full-time, onsite position offers 3540 hours per week and opportunities to make a meaningful impact in early childhood education.
