What We're Looking For:
- Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license
- Experience or strong interest in preschool caseloads
- Skilled in collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Committed to fostering each childs growth in a supportive learning environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide assessment and therapy services for preschool-aged students
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and session notes
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to maximize student learning
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
- Adapt and modify interventions to meet each childs evolving needs
This full-time, onsite position offers 3540 hours per week and opportunities to make a meaningful impact in early childhood education.
