Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Hold an active Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts
  • Professional experience working in school settings
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized plans for students
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students needs
  • Develop and provide therapy sessions tailored to individual student goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support students educational progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Address students fine motor, sensory, and functional skills through evidence-based interventions
  • Consult regularly with educational team members to contribute to students individualized education programs (IEPs)
