Job Description

An onsite Occupational Therapist opportunity is available in Cambridge, MA, supporting K-12 students throughout the academic year. This full-time contract position offers the chance to apply your expertise in a dynamic school setting, delivering tailored therapies that promote student development and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to K-12 students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with student needs and educational goals.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Conduct assessments and document therapy outcomes to ensure effective interventions.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning.

Qualifications:

  • Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license.
  • Proven experience in a school-based occupational therapy role.
  • Strong understanding of pediatric development and school environment challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff.
  • Ability to manage a full caseload with professionalism and flexibility.
