Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric environment strongly preferred
• Ability to perform assessments, develop IEPs, and implement therapeutic interventions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
• Commitment to collaborative work with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for students with a variety of needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on student goals
• Deliver both direct and consultative occupational therapy services in classrooms and one-on-one settings
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP development, and training sessions for staff and caregivers
