This travel opportunity for an Occupational Therapist is based in Burnsville, MN, and involves working within school settings to support student development and learning. The role focuses on assessing and implementing therapeutic strategies to assist students in overcoming physical, sensory, or cognitive challenges that impact their educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to determine students occupational therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Monitor and document student outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and training to school staff on therapeutic techniques and accommodations
Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Minnesota or eligibility for licensure
