Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Solid understanding or practical knowledge of the 3:1 service delivery model
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to students, focusing on personalized interventions
  • Provide consultative support and work collaboratively with educators and support staff within the 3:1 model
  • Assess students functional skills and needs through observation and evaluation
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapy strategies that promote student independence and success in the classroom
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation following school and district standards
