Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist license issued by the state of Minnesota
• Previous experience delivering OT services in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Skilled in case management, documentation, and communicating with students, families, and education staff
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to fostering positive student outcomes

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conducting assessments and developing targeted treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Leading case management duties, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other therapists to support student success
• Monitoring and tracking student progress through accurate, timely documentation and regular communication
• Offering support and consultative services for classroom adaptations and accommodations
• Maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations related to special education
