Job Description
This position is for an Occupational Therapist to provide specialized services within a K-12 school setting. Based in Buhl, ID, this onsite contract role involves working 35 hours per week, delivering occupational therapy to support students' functional abilities and educational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized OT plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
- Provide direct occupational therapy interventions for K-12 students
- Monitor student progress and adapt strategies accordingly
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist state licensure
- Pupil Service Certificate with Occupational Therapist Endorsement
- Experience working with school-aged children in an educational setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
