PreK-8 school district in Buckeye, Arizona is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This position offers a consistent schedule, one school site assignment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact with students in either a preschool program or developmental classroom setting.
Job Overview:
- Location: Buckeye, AZ
- Dates: August 5, 2026 May 20, 2027
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
- School Assignment: 1 campus
- Caseload Type: Caseload model
- Grade Levels: PreK-8
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services
- Complete student evaluations and progress reports
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and special education teams
- Support students with fine motor, sensory, and developmental needs
- Maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
Requirements:
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license
- School-based experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
