Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license required
• Previous experience serving school-aged children or working in school-based settings highly valued
• Skilled in developing, implementing, and adapting individualized treatment plans
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage documentation and progress tracking effectively

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services to a diverse student population, addressing IEP goals and functional needs
• Develop and adapt treatment plans based on student assessments and educational team input
• Maintain clear records on student progress, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with school and legal requirements
• Offer recommendations for classroom modifications and assistive technology to promote student participation
• Consult with teachers and staff to integrate therapeutic approaches within the school environment
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate progress with families and educational partners
