Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Massachusetts
  • Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) is highly valued

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct, onsite occupational therapy services to students with varying needs across K-12 grades
  • Assess students abilities, develop individualized intervention plans, and set measurable goals in alignment with IEPs
  • Provide recommendations for classroom modifications and adaptive equipment as needed
  • Document services, progress, and outcomes in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and allied professionals to support student success in the school setting
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide insightful feedback regarding student progress and recommendations
