Key Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts (MA OT License required)
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 populations
- Knowledge of school-based OT practices, documentation, and IEP process

What Youll Do:
- Assess students' needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate OT strategies into classroom activities
- Conduct group and one-on-one sessions to boost students participation, motor skills, and independence
- Document progress, attend IEP meetings, and actively contribute to student support teams
